BIO

Attorney Samantha J. Jones graduated in 2015 from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law where she was on the board of the Chapman Women Lawyers Association. She has worked in Probate since 2014, when she began as a Certified Student Summer Associate and had the honor of contributing to briefing and developing argument adopted by Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg in a dissent for a matter litigated before the Supreme Court of the United States. Samantha began her time with the Law Offices of Eric Becker in June of 2017, and since then has continued honing her litigation, advocacy and negotiation skills. She has a stellar trial success rate, has made multiple appearances at the appellate court, and has been named as one of Super Lawyers' Rising Stars for the past three consecutive years. Samantha serves on the board of the Conservatorship, Guardianship, & Protective Proceedings Section of the Orange County Bar Association and most of all, looks forward to continuing to assist those in the community in need.
