Attorney Eric F. Becker has been practicing law in California for over 30 years. He is licensed to practice law in two states and has over 15 years in managerial experience. This includes running his own law offices, providing guidance and wisdom to associate attorneys, and leading a staff with multitudes of people working relentlessly to fulfill your legal demands. Mr. Becker has received a plethora of awards in the legal field, but his true passion never changes: to provide his clients with successful results.

Justin Barnes

BIO
Attorney Justin D. Barnes graduated from California Western School of Law in 2024. He was admitted to the California Bar in November 2024 and joined the firm in January 2025. Justin's practice focuses on trusts and estates, including trust administration, probate, conservatorships, and trust litigation. He also has experience in personal injury and transactional work, as well as prior work with a court-appointed receivership handling uncompliant properties and failed businesses. Outside of the office, Justin enjoys getting into the mountains to snowboard, fly-fish, and spend time on the lake.

Kenneth Ponchak
ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
BIO
Attorney Kenneth C. Ponchak joined the Law Offices of Eric Becker in May 2025. His practice focuses on trust and estate litigation with an emphasis on law-and-motion work. He also handles probate, conservatorships, and estate planning. Prior to joining the firm, Kenneth gained experience in trial and appellate-level criminal defense practice.
Kenneth earned his J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). At UC Law SF, Kenneth was a recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship and a CALI Excellence for the Future Award. Kenneth also earned a B.A. in Philosophy at the University of California, San Diego, where he was a scholarship athlete on the men’s rowing team.
In his free time, Kenneth enjoys hiking, reading, and surfing.
